Transaction Policy
Last updated: September 2026This policy covers deposits, withdrawals, commissions, swaps, and margin rules that apply to trading accounts on the Tradexness platform.
1. Deposit Methods
Live accounts can be funded via the following methods, available from the Funding section of the platform:
- Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20), USDT (ERC20), Bitcoin
- UPI / QR
- Bank Transfer
- Card
Each deposit method displays a unique reference or destination address generated for your account — always confirm the details shown in-app before sending funds.
2. Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for deposit wherever possible, as a security measure to prevent funds being redirected to a third party. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order received.
3. Processing Times
Deposit and withdrawal requests go through a confirmation step before funds are credited or released. Processing times vary by method — crypto deposits are typically confirmed fastest, while bank transfers and card methods may take longer depending on your provider. Requests show as Pending until confirmed.
4. Commissions
A commission is charged per lot at the time a position is opened. Current commission rates are shown in-app before you confirm a trade, and vary by instrument category and account type.
5. Swap / Overnight Financing
Positions held open overnight are subject to a daily swap charge, calculated on the notional value of the position. Swap is charged once per full day a position remains open, and is reflected in your position's running P&L.
6. Margin Call and Stop-Out
If your account's margin level falls to or below 100%, you will receive a margin call warning. If your margin level continues to fall to or below 50%, open positions may be automatically closed ("stopped out") by our risk system, starting with the largest floating loss, until your margin level is restored above the stop-out threshold. This is an automated protection mechanism and applies regardless of whether you are actively using the platform at the time.
7. Minimum Trade Size
The minimum position size is 0.01 lots per trade, shown as the default in the trade ticket.
8. Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a deposit cannot be matched to your account (e.g., incorrect reference or amount sent), or a withdrawal fails due to incorrect details provided, please contact Support via the Contact page with your transaction details so we can investigate.
9. Verification Requirements
We may require a fully verified account (see our KYC Policy) before processing withdrawal requests, in order to confirm funds are being returned to their rightful owner.
10. Changes to This Policy
Commission rates, swap rates, margin requirements, and available payment methods may be updated from time to time. The current rates in effect are always those displayed in-app at the time of your trade or transaction.
